I had a wonderful experience at Naturals Salon, Ancherichira Centre, today, where I got my hair Botox treatment done. Having undergone this treatment 3–4 times before, I know the difference between professional and unprofessional service. Unfortunately, my previous experience at another salon in Thrissur was quite disappointing and even painful. My scalp was burnt in a few places, and my hair started developing bends the very next day. That experience made me genuinely hesitant and nervous about trying the treatment again. When I recently noticed this new Naturals outlet, I was looking for a place that offered both budget-friendly services and professional care. Although I was initially a little hesitant, I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did! The entire experience was much better than I expected. I have quite a lot of baby hairs, which require extra attention and careful handling. The team handled my hair with so much patience, care and professionalism. I truly appreciate the attention they gave to every detail. One thing I particularly loved was their hospitality. The staff kept checking on me to see if I needed anything. They even offered me juice and water and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. These little gestures might seem simple, but they make a huge difference. Honestly, this is something I haven't really experienced at other salons, and I genuinely noticed and appreciated it. A special thanks to Kabir, Memta, Tapaswani and Mandika for taking such good care of my hair. Your professionalism, patience, warmth and dedication made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. I went in with a little fear because of my previous experience, but I left feeling happy and satisfied. You have genuinely exceeded my expectations!
