The place was neat and well maintained, and I liked that they have separate rooms for boys and girls, which gives good privacy and comfort. The staff were polite and overall service was good. I went for a facial, and the experience was mostly nice. However, when I asked the staff member a few questions regarding the facial, instead of answering properly, she started smiling, which felt a little uncomfortable and unprofessional. Clear communication with customers would make the experience much better. Apart from that, everything was good. The salon ambience was pleasant and the service quality was nice, though the pricing felt a little expensive.
