I have visited Naturals Salon across multiple states in India and I simply loved this specific branch. OMG! The people are so patient and kind!! For a wedding, I had to visit the branch 4 days in a row… and I had Fever the first day, which I did not realize. Sanjana did my Meni-Pedi, back facial and waxing flawlessly, but by the time she came to my face, she offered to NOT do Facial, but some simple mask. This is rare… people focus on money, she focused on my wellbeing. Even with these face masks, I had an instant glow. And following next three days I had my make up done by Rakshita. I thought, she will apply layers over layers and make my face look ‘Whiter and cacky’, but no… In fact it was very natural looking finish on skin. She was so patient and receptive to suggestions, her only focus was if I was satisfied with the end result or not. She did my eye makeup keeping my suggestions and techniques in mind. I feel bad but she had to re-do my as well as my sister’s hair multiple times. But she didn’t flinch, did not get frustrated and redid the hair many times as long as we are satisfied. The only tiny flaw, I would say is that Salon lacked few small basic amenities such as a hand-held fan to dry up your face or nails. Overall, I loved working with Sanjana and Rakshita. They are amazing!!!
