I was a little scared to try a new salon at first, but going to Naturals turned out to be the best decision. In January, I got my hair color done by Imtiaz and Vinay. I wanted highlights without bleach, which is not easy, but they did it with a lot of patience. The color turned out exactly how I wanted and I really loved it. In March, I went again for hair botox. Sahib and Vinay did a really good job. My hair is very long so the process took time, but the team was very caring. They kept checking on me and asking if I wanted coffee, tea, or water multiple times so that I stayed comfortable during the long process. Also, Sonia (the manager) is very humble. She guided me properly through the whole process and also gave me a really good offer on the services. My hair now looks smooth and about 90% straight, just the way I wanted. Thank you Imtiaz, Sahib, Vinay, and Sonia for the wonderful service. I truly loved my experience at Naturals. Highly recommended! 😊
