    This was my first visit to Natural Salon. I chose beard trimming & corrections and a pedicure service. Initially, a young staff member attended to me, but unfortunately, the service felt unprofessional and rushed. The work was not done carefully - my nail shapes were uneven, and there was still dead skin left. I was quite disappointed with the experience. I raised my concern at the reception, and they responded immediately by assigning an experienced staff member named “Marudu” to correct the service. He was very kind, professional, and attentive. He carefully fixed everything and handled the situation politely. The results were much better than before. I truly appreciate how Natural Salon took responsibility for the issue and did not charge me for the service. Their professional handling of the matter and willingness to correct the mistake left a positive impression on me. I look forward to visiting again.
